Alison and David provided a framework and an environment that allowed our management team to tackle some difficult issues around trust, conflict and change management, and set certain expectations of one another while doing so. Their attention to detail during both preparation, engagement and debriefing was very good and allowed our team to gain confidence in both them as coaches and the tools that they shared with us.

Our team is now better prepared to tackle difficult conversations, and to do so from a place of trust and support. It feels like we have travelled a journey together and have grown.

Team DnA created a very organic process that stayed with the group while challenging us to put concrete ideas on paper. Lovely atmosphere and energy created within a safe space.
